Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers

The staffs are excellent, good breakfast, location is at a supermall.

The apartment looked outdated,

Location is good, spacious room

No handheld shower at my room type. only available at the other room type which requires an upgrade. Just a personal preference but I don’t like only having fixed head ceiling shower.

Staffs were very friendly and welcoming.

Room Condition: The room appeared quite dated, with stained sofas and dusty surfaces. The floor tiles also showed signs of heavy staining and seemed unclean.Air Conditioning: The air conditioning unit was quite old and lacked the ability to adjust the temperature digitally, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable environment.Bathroom Issues: The toilet flush was not functioning properly, and the water pressure in the shower was low. Additionally, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, causing the mirror to fog up and take a long time to clear.Lack of Power Outlets: The most concerning issue was the absence of power sockets in both the bathroom and bedroom. This made it impossible to use a hairdryer or charge devices like phones or laptops during my stay.

Stayed for 4 nights in 2BR apartment. Everything was perfect, starting from our first step to the lobby, greeted by the

Facilities, staff, location, food. Just everything.

The hotel location is superb as it is linked to the Tunjungan Plaza. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk were able to provide the rooms close to one another and also the request for the connecting rooms. The service at the breakfast Bromo Cafe was excellent. The staff was very kind to prepare gado-gado and pisang goreng which my sister requested as it was not among the buffet spread.

The pillows were too soft, more firm pillow preferred. The rain shower pressure was low and you may feel less satisfied taking the shower.

The drinking water cap is bit difficult to open.

The restaurant and the Kamu bar are excellent.The pool is fine

Location is good connecting to mall. So no worry about getting hungry.

Some Rooms are old though upgrading is getting on. They are renovating the gym so current gym is very small and equipment are few.

Booked an Apartment with balcony, But got No balcony

The staff overall were very kind. Especially at the Spa and reception and at the La Patisserie.

Breakfast and dinner was poor. Mostly for Indonesians. For Europeans it was poor. Hygiene was poor also. In the bathroom was the smell of sewer. The chairs and carpets are dirty. It should be cleaned properly. It is not 5 stars level. In the Kawi lounge it was allowed to smoke, so non smokers can't go over there. Why not make it smoking not allowed. those who want to smoke can go for a smoke outside. the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. The men's toilets at the lobby are smelling very bad. It has a strong urine odor. And it's also very dark. Time to renovate!

Everything about this place are Best of the Best 5 star hotels in Surabaya. Manager’s so helpful Mr.Wisnu. And Zakiah also Putri best customer service you can find. Mrs Fitri number 1 Cheff in the world. Place so clean, location. Service. Breakfast the best. Thank you

In many ways a standard business hotel, located within a big shopping mall property. Functional rooms, size of gym and pool area are above my expectations.

I would avoid the apartments, branded as non-renovated; they shouldn’t be marketed anymore.

The bedroom is big for 2 adults and 1 child (extra bed) and the location is perfect. Overall, I will come back and stay at the Sherraton.???

Excellent and attentive staff, from everyone. Superb location right in the middle of a mega mall.

Room was not sound proof. Air-con was a bit erratic and not a fan of the shower (dual hot cold knobs).

Very good Breakfast, beautifull swimming pool and very nice staff.

Especially the very friendly stuff from check in, in the lounge, at breakfast and the taxi driver have been so nice, All made me feel very welcome

Location, connected to Tunjungan Plaza, one of the best Shopping Centre in Surabaya Breakfast, Surabaya traditional food is authentic and excellent Employees, all of them very friendly and very attentive to guests offering their best just to make guests happy and enjoying their breakfast

To be honest, nothing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Gym equipments were very old; limited variety of breakfast menus; had lunch at the restaurant, we ordered only salads, and it came 40 minutes later (seemed that the waiter forgot our order); facilities should be upgraded, not only the lobby.
